What if?

It's a while since I did any real forecasting, the current system just runs on a bit into the future with the R values gradually spreading out due to the daily random perturbations, and the end result is pretty obvious. Now with the effective R value probably just above 1, and various further relaxation planned (e.g. end of furlough, schools returning) jules thought it would be interesting to see
