Sea level goes back up

 This is sad for me.  I was expecting a 1940's-type drop, the one that froze out the nastie invasion of russiak.  This is the closest to absolute sea level that I can find.  It is dependent just on the average temperature of the oceans.  All those other places they call 'sea level' is just local gauge level.  This burst upward could still be a residual of
