First curl forms on low-heat-energy Atlantic belt
Remember, they predicted an 'active' Atlantic hurricane season. I've taken that to mean the top 25 percentile. Who knows what they'll say when the season is a flop. Most likely, they say nothing.There's the curl forming. To be a hurricane, it has to suck heat energy from very warm water.The water isn't that hot.The chart may get into the top 25%, but I doubt it.This
