Video of an interesting landslide in Russia caused by a leaking pipe

The following video was apparently shot in Barnaul in southern Russia this week.  Based upon the Google translation it shows a progressive landslide triggered by a leaking storm drain or sewer pipe: It is also shown below – skip forward to the 5 minute 15 second point in the film: Does anyone have any more information?
