Summary:

Here is an enrolled specimen of the trilobite Homotelus bromidensis from the Bromide formation of Oklahoma. There is a little damage to one eye and the tip of the pygidium, but otherwise is in great shape. The thorax is dislodged a little likely from when the sediments were being compressed.The Bromide formation is upper Ordovician in age (Blackriverian [N. American stages] or Sandbian [ICS stages]). This specimen was found in the Criner Hills area of Carter County, Oklahoma.
