A 250-ton slab of Navajo Sandstone is threatening to peel off the rock wall above Lake Powell overlooking power plant facilities below Glen Canyon Dam.   Photos from local professional  photographer Frank Talbott (http://www.franktalbott.net/) show work by Bureau of Reclamation crews rappelling off the cliff face in an attempt to install rock bolts and prevent the slab from falling.   [
