Summary:

This is the skull and jaws of a Struthiomimus altus dinosaur fossil. This animal resembled a modern ground bird and classified as a ornithomimid ("bird mimic"). It was collected in Red Deer Creek, Alberta Canada. Fossil dates to the Late Cretaceous Period (72 million years ago). Fossil on display at American Museum of Natural History in New York City USA as of July 2018.
