 They claim to have measured the 'final effects' of atmospheric disturbance to claim it is in place.I thought they would go this route, they have no choice.  Declare victory and go home.  Next year, the media will have titles - Strong El Nino and Harsh Winter?  They will just rub their heads and call it another mystery of climate change.We probably still have a week before the Arctic
