Most likely. I must be getting old adding qualifications. I usually call it 'absolute' if it's over 80% correct, and I believe in this.
Earthquake season has started with the arrival of gas frack waste to OK. If you do a discrete element analysis you will find that disturbance extends several diameters from the main source. New Madrid is definitely within this zone. But NM is
This is the exact type of earthquake that will crumble the city, but it has to be a 6 or above. A 5 will just scare everybody. The gas frack waste has arrived and the season of earthquake zombies has begun. Call in the Bennet
Thus endeth a very good run. I had Fark pick up my seismic noise testing post for some weird reason and got hundreds of hits on that. I've perfected my accelerometer and it has to go to server-side processing which I won't do. Winter has set in again, stopping my geotechnical nightmares. Nothing to do.
OK will delay it's action while the NE freezes. No trucks of gas frack waste coming

Texas has closed the book on how a set of wells could turn earthquakes on and off in Azle. I know they were injecting gas frack waste for a while (in my head). But they can never admit it.
Let's pretend they were honest, and everybody promised not to sue (Ha!). Then we would conclusive proof that it is stress corrosion that caused all these New Madrid-type earthquakes. The cure
I have no idea why. Obviously somebody is still injecting gas frack waste, or they left some boreholes open to the groundwater. It seems that nobody ever grouts their boreholes when they leave. I'm guessing that this will just dribble on
Well, I thought they had found the culprit who was injecting gas frack waste, and I guess they didn't. This is right back to the size that knocked the baseball player on his keester.
In all cases where they totally stopped injection, the earthquakes have stopped dead. I guess the stuff is still getting in. Perhaps they should be like those other states and pass the famous legislation:
