Cool, clear weather for now

 This is the weather pattern that gives BC huge rains, and loses all the moisture going over the Rocky Mountains.  In Toronto, we get cool, clear weather.  This keeps away both the warm Gulf air, and the Arctic air glaciers.  The Pacific plume patterns have been changing day by day, and who knows how long this will last?
