 Instead of charging down like barbarians, the Arctic spill has decided to play with the massive amount of warm Pacific air that came over the mountains.  This has turned our expected extreme cold into storms.That was a huge slug of Pacific air, as the West Coast will tell you.Our Arctic spill is chewing through it.  It's still black, and Greenland is getting blacker.
