 The Arctic Spill Cold Orcas left the far north, and are descending on Toronto.  You can see they found another hot blob, and are encircling it.You can't see the storm here, but you can track its speed approaching us.It's not on the radar yet, but the regular forecast has it.ps note that the California storms are caused by cold.  However, warmies claim all floods.  I like
