 What I am struggling with that an atmospheric vortex is a heat engine.  Even googs ai, can't do a diagram for me.  Another key issue is how it starts, the physics must scale from very small to very large.  Mere turbulence can't cut it.We can have a pure curl vortex in a river, part of an eddy.  There, we have impacting flows, offset and in opposite directions.  The
