 This is fun.  It has the same geotechnical impossibility rating as the tunnel under the 401.  Of course, nothing is impossible, until they can't build it.  If you are getting money from this, I wouldn't worry, because there have been lots of impossible things built and forgotten about.  (Niagara Tunnel).  I predict lots of money for everybody, except me.I'm not
